FileMerge けっこう使えるかも
オリジナルのフォルダとどこかに退避していたフォルダを比較したいと思った事ってありませんか？
どのファイルがなくなったのか、どっちが新しいのかなど。
kdiffというツールを何度か使った事があるのですが、ファイル比較後の移動方法などがさっぱりわからず、比較するだけといった感じでしか使う事ができませんでした。
OSX Developer Tools についてくるFileMergeもソースの比較、修正などでは数回つかったことがあったのですが、フォルダごとの比較などにはつかったことがなく、今回試してみると、なかなか簡単に比較、移動ができました。
使った感じ今ひとつしっくりとはいかなかった（どっちのファイルをどっちに移動させるかなどわかりにくいです）のですが、kdiff3よりは自分的には使えそうです。
ほんとうならこちらのMerge for OS Xは使いやすそうで欲しいところですが、ちょっとお値段が高いかなーってところで、あきらめております。
今のところはFileMergeをもう少し使い込んでみます
