DVD Studio 4で構築失敗〜ビットレート高過ぎ〜
Final Cut でチャプターをつけてDVDに焼こうとしたところ「構築／フォーマット」で失敗しましたとのエラーメッセージ。
はて？
で、ログを見てみると、ビットレートが高すぎますっていってます。
標準だとビットレートが4.0Mbps、最大ビットレートが7.0Mbps。
エイやってマックスにしたのが問題でした。
最大ビットレートが9.0Mbpsはまずいみたい。
今のところ最大ビットレートが8.5Mbpsでビットレートが7.2Mbpsが最高かも

こんにちは。フジさん。
エンコードの設定にビットレートと最大ビットレートがありまして、自分の場合は容量に収めるためにビットレートを落としました。
ですがそちらを落としただけではダメで容量を収めるためには最大ビットレートを抑えました。
最大ビットレートは動きの激しいとき（この定義も曖昧ですが）のビットレートを指定するもので、そちらを下げるとビットレートをそれ以上下げなくてもDVDの容量内に抑えることができました。
といった感じですので、素材によってはビットレートを上げて最大ビットレートを抑える形でもいける場合もあると思います。ここら辺はカット＆トライだと思いますが。ま、画質に問題がなければ時に触る必要もないと思います。
こんなところですが、何かお役に立てればうれしいです。

DVD作成で標準ビットレートと最大ビットレートとの関係ですが、
最大は9Mbpsで標準は5Mbpsで焼いてます。
貴方の今のところ最大ビットレートが8.5Mbpsでビットレートが7.2Mbpsが最高かも、、、、
もう少し詳しくお願いできないでしょうか？
