Aptana Studio 3でRialsが起動できない
iMac にAptana Sudio3をインストールしてみました。
しかし、エラーが出て実行できません。
エラーメッセージは
Rails is not currently installed on this system. To get the latest version, simply type:
$ sudo gem install rails
この時点でrailsが入っていませんって言ってるのだと思います。
ということなので、$sudo gem install rails を実行
すると今度は違うエラー
ERROR: Error installing rails:
multi_json requires RubyGems version >= 1.3.6
この意味が分からず、ネットで調べてみるとRubyGemsのバージョンが古いらしい。
ここまでたどり着くのに時間的には半日ほどかかりました。
RubyGemsのアップデートのコマンドは
sudo gem update --system
コンソールを見ているとどんどんインストールしているようです。
じゃ、コンソールからRails Testで始めようとしたところ、エラー。
Rails 3からは rails new がコマンドらしいです。
テストのためのプロジェクトだからとRails new testと入力するとtestは予約語のようでつかえません。
rails new storeとするとちゃんと作ってくれました。
Rails 3 って結構かわってるのかな？
