OSXラベルのこんな使い方
OSX でべんり〜って思う機能にラベルがあります。
通常はファイルの重要度や、チェック済みとかに使っているのですが、今回の仕事ではファイルの差し替えが前提で動いています。
そんな事が前提なので、差し替えなくてはいけないファイルかどうか混乱しそうな気がします。
なので、使ったファイルは一旦ラベルで色をつけておいて、あらたに送られてきたファイルを上書きします。
すると差し替えなくてはいけないファイルがラベルのついていない状態になるわけです。
そのついていないファイルを差し替えたらまた色を付けていきます。
というふうに進めていけば、差し替えなくてはいけないファイルが自ずと見えるという感じで作業がすすめられるように思います。
ちゃんと使ったファイルのラベルを変更することを忘れるとだめですけどね。
